Wanderings into the empty.

Hasselblad 500cm 80mmCF, Velvia 100.

Just east of Twenty Nine Palms, California.

Twenty Nine Palms is awesome. I wish I hadn’t been in such a hurry to get to where I was going or else I would have shot a lot more around this area. There are all these houses just sitting out in the middle of nowhere with no one around. Some look inhabitated and some not so much. Made me feel a little weary as the people who choose to live in this hostile landscape (come summer) obviously have good reason to get away from the crowds of larger urban areas. I was always keeping an eye over my shoulder just in case.

Cheesy shots galore!
